(b) 4 Police Staff - 0 metro, 4 regional (1 vacant) (Between January 2012 and August 2012, the reduction in police staff numbers is attributed to the agreed 'Transition Plan' between the PCYC Federation and WA Police, wherein police staff employees (Assistant Managers) were returned to the WA Police. In addition, a number of staff employees resigned and took up external job opportunities. With the reduction of police staff, a grant payment was made to PCYC of $3million over 3 years, commencing June 2012)
