Transport:
I refer to the ministerXXX ###XXXs
statement on Roe 8 today.
(1) What are the ministerXXX ###XXXs plans for the Stock RoadQQQ ### QQQLeach Highway interchange, given the reconfiguration of
the entire project?
(2) Does the ministerXXX ###XXXs reconsideration of stage 2 mean that the
Palmyra option for stage 2 that existed last year is now back on the table?
(3) Will the government be signing
the contract for Roe 8 that ends at Coolbellup Avenue or Stock Road?

AnswerView source ↗

I thank the member for West Swan for
the questions.
(1)–(3) With
regard to any extension, which I call Roe 9, that will be under consideration.
Options will be taken to cabinet and the government will make a decision. We
can argue for any options; all options are open. Indeed, the contract that will
be signed will be for the extension of Roe Highway from Kwinana Freeway and
include the Stock Road interchange.
