I thank the member for some notice of this question. (1) The RiskCover fund report is a RiskCover initiative developed as a part of customer service, primarily for the benefit of RiskCover fund managers. Although December of every year is RiskCover’s target date for publication, there is no statutory time limit for distribution. It should be noted that the financial information included in the RiskCover fund report is a replication of that required by law and published in the Insurance Commission’s annual report for 2006-07, which was tabled in Parliament in September 2007. The RiskCover fund report 2006-07 has now been printed, and is being distributed this week. (2) December will continue to be the target date, as stated in response to question (1).
