I refer to your answer to my question without notice 608 on 9 August 2022, which revealed that between February 2017 and 9
August 2022, the department received 167 police notifications for public
schools under the protocol to manage safety arrangements for students when a
young person at a school is charged with harmful sexual behaviours, and I ask: (a) what was the date of the first notification received; (b) what was the longest period of time that a charged student remained at the same school as their victim; and (c) what was the average period of time that charged students remained at the same school as their victim?
