I thank the member for that
question.
(1)–(2) The
ATC business case is not yet complete. In relation to what the member has been
angling at, she has not accepted that a radio replacement program is not ATC;
they are separate. The Premier outlined yesterday that members opposite had an
opportunity to do a whole project or split it into two. They did not get
funding for either, basically. But in 2013–14 the member for
Scarborough's government split those projects. The notes that the
member for Scarborough has explains everything.
Dr M.D. Nahan : Yes.
Ms R. SAFFIOTI : There is
another note that says, ''Should this go to cabinet?'' and the
answer is no. Members opposite have not used that in this place, have they? The
member for Scarborough has come in here selectively quoting information, trying
to mislead the public. Any question she asks is full of misleading statements
and untruths.
