The $32.4m saving to the Capital budget has not been re-allocated within the Culture and the Arts portfolio.
The State Budget papers separately identified items under the Asset Investment Program including $4 million to upgrade His Majesty’s Theatre Orchestra Pit Lift and $2.5 million for His Majesty’s Theatre front of house improvements.
