date did the Department of Transport provide the Minister for Transport or his
office with the $l.8 billion estimated cost of the Metro Area Express light
rail?
(2) Was the
estimated cost of $1.895 billion for the proposed rail line to Perth Airport
calculated by the Department of Transport or the Public Transport Authority?
(3) If no to (2), who calculated this figure?
(4) On what
date was the minister or his office first advised of this estimated cost for
the rail line to Perth Airport?
(5) What was
the purpose for which the estimated costs in (1) and (2) were provided to the
minister or his office?
