(a) Production cost to prepare the three annual reports was $133,118.95 including GST. Production cost includes the cost of staff time of those directly involved in writing, editing and collating the reports, but not the cost of time of people who contributed material for the reports from the various divisions and area health services.
(b) Distribution cost for one courier and postage is less than $100.
