(a) None. The Department of Health is finalising the acquisition of
2.65Ha of land from the Department of Housing.
(b) The land is in close proximity to the Mirrabooka Shopping Centre and is
identified as Lot 9501 on Deposited Plan 76322 Certificate of Title Volume 2810
Folio 946. The site is bordered by Milldale Way, Reid Highway, Softball
Arena/Herb Graham Recreation Centre to the east and Department of Housing land
(borders Mirrabooka Drive) to the west.
(c) Planning for the land is being undertaken by the North Metropolitan
Health Service. Potential uses include an ambulatory type health facility
which may include a Community Health centre, aged care services, same day
procedure clinic, mental health services, palliative care, home care support
services among other services.
