I have been advised of the following:
The Department of Treasury cannot approve this claim and release the funds until a certified copy of the supporting documentation is received from the claimant.
To help protect against fraud, claimants are required to provide certified copies of documents.
The claimant provided a document to support the claim but it was not a certified copy. To assist, Treasury responded to the claimant on 26 May 2023, with information and guidance on how to obtain a certified copy. Treasury has yet to receive a certified copy of the document.
