SENIORS —
COST-OF-LIVING INCREASES
417. Mrs A.K. HAYDEN to the Premier:
I have a supplementary question.
Now that WA has spoken and voted against the Labor Party's increases at
the last federal election, as was highlighted throughout the whole campaign,
will the Premier now admit that struggling seniors
cannot afford the government's cost of living and backflip on its
mean-spirited cuts to the WA Seniors Card?

I do not know what the member is
referring to.
Mrs A.K. Hayden : WA Seniors
Card.
Several members interjected.
Mr M. McGOWAN : No, that is
not what the member said. I do not know what she is referring to. The
opposition's capacity to write questions is very limited. After more
than two years in office, it has not improved. This opposition is the worst
opposition I have ever seen, and its federal Liberal colleagues agree with me.
The SPEAKER : That is the end
of question time.
