(2) What is the budget for this road?
(3) What is the tender process timeframe for the proposed sealing of this road?
(4) Is the Minister aware that a strategic assessment subject to a bilateral State/Commonwealth agreement is underway on the options for processing Browse Basin gas?

(6) If Woodside and its joint venture partners opt to process gas at a location other than James Price Point, what would the road be used for?
(7) Will the Minister ensure that no work is conducted on this project until a decision on the strategic assessment by the Federal Minister for the Environment Tony Burke, and final investment decision by Woodside and its joint venture partners Shell, BP, BHP and Chevron?
(8) If no to (7), why not?
