I refer to the Department of Child Protection's three strikes policy for anti-social behaviour, and ask: (a) can the Minister advise whether advice is given to the Department if eviction is contemplated and children reside at the premises; and (b) if yes, at what stage does that occur?

(a) The Department for Child Protection and Family Support is notified when a strike is issued to a family with children.
(b) The Department of Housing will notify the Department for Child Protection and Family Support every time a family with children receives a strike for disruptive or anti-social behaviour.
