I refer the Treasurer to the 2005-2006 State Budget, Volume One, division 8, page 165, footnote (a) and to the line item ‘Adjustments’, and I ask -
(1) Can the Treasurer please provide a detailed breakdown of the elements comprising the allocation for ‘Adjustments’?

(1) The allocation for 'Adjustments' comprises the 'CHANGE IN SURPLUS (DEFICENCY) FOR THE PERIOD AFTER EXTRAORDINARY ITEMS' minus 'Resources received free of charge' and 'Liabilities assumed by the Treasurer'. These amounts are in the Income Statement (Controlled) on Page 170 of the 2005-06 Budget Statements, Volume 1. (2) Not applicable.
