I refer to plans by BGC Cement to purchase Lot 370, otherwise known as WOO1 Wedgefield, Port Hedland from the Port Hedland Port Authority, and ask:
(a) is the Minister aware of the proposal;
(b) if yes to (a), does the Minister endorse the proposal;
(c) if no to (a), why not;
(d) would the Minister support a 50-year lease of the property to BGC; and
(i) if not, why not; and
(e) does the Great Northern Highway realignment impact on Wedgefield to the extent of not allowing a 50-year lease; and
(i) if so, why?
