(a)-(e) Covered assembly areas have been provided in primary schools since the late 1960s. However, prior to the last State election, the Government gave a commitment to provide an additional $8m over a four-year period to accelerate the provision of covered assembly areas in schools.
In 2001-2002, covered assembly areas were provided in the following schools:
