Shoreline is a large scale residential project stretching over 12 hectares that was conceptualised and initiated by the former Liberal / Nationals Government, announced on 22 April 2015 by the former Minister for Lands Terry Redman.
105 residential lots have been delivered to date across 4.7 hectares.
Eleven multi-residential lots are still to be delivered.
