Department of Indigenous Affairs
There is no requirement for individual agencies to provide targets for 2010-2011, however, the Department of Indigenous Affairs has developed attraction and retention strategies to ensure that it has a diverse workforce that reflects its client base.
Department of Health
There are no specific targets. The Department of Health is an Equal Opportunity employer and encourages women (and men), indigenous Australians, young people, people with disabilities and people from culturally diverse backgrounds to apply for positions within the Department.
Nurses and Midwives Board of Western Australia

Healthway
Healthway is a small agency with only 15 staff and is therefore not required to establish or report against formal equal employment opportunity targets. Healthway does however maintain an Equal Opportunity and Diversity Plan 2009-2012 and continually explores opportunities for women, people from culturally diverse backgrounds, Indigenous Australians and people with disabilities.
