(1a-b) The Department of Environment does not assesses these proposals. The Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) undertakes assessments in accord with the Environmental Protection Act 1986 . The EPA has assessed 5 proposals that involve the partial loss of a Bush Forever site. The proponent is Main Roads Western Australia. · South West Metropolitan Railway Mandurah (EPA Bulletin 1102). The proponent is the Commissioner of Railways. · Super Lot Subdivision Lots 4 and 105 Underwood Avenue, Shenton Park (EPA Bulletin 1099).
