I refer to the answer provided to
question without notice 627 asked on 10 August 2022 regarding the Public Health
Amendment (Immunisation Requirements for Enrolment) Act 2019 and the statement
that ''the evaluation has commenced and is due to be completed in
October 2022.''
(1) Has the
evaluation been completed?
(2) If yes to
(1), will the minister table a copy of the evaluation; and, if not, why not?
(3) If no to (1),
when is the evaluation anticipated to be completed?
