I refer to page 8 of the Activity Centres Parking Discussion Paper released in October 2011, and I ask: (a) was a separate options paper or discussion paper ever prepared that addressed the following matters: (i) how to achieve ongoing compliance with planning decision related to parking and access; (ii) licensing of parking; (iii) cash in lieu; (iv) potential application of a parking levy to some types of parking; and (v) use of funds raised from a levy or cash in lieu system; (b) if yes to (a), who was this paper distributed to; (c) what was the outcome of the paper; (d) will the Minister table a copy; (e) if no to (d), why not; and (f) when does the Minister expect these matters to be finalised and the Government to outline its position on these matters?
