Over a typical year, approximately one-third of GROH tenancies turn over due to normal regional staff rotations, fixed-term placements, and leave.
Where GROH accommodation is not immediately available, temporary accommodation is provided.
All staff in temporary accommodation on 1 November 2025 were allocated in 2026; none remain in temporary accommodation.
