The Environmental Health Foundation (EHF) was established in August 2005, to advise and make recommendations to Government on the impact, or potential impact, of point source emissions and chemicals on the health of the community, including workers. Requests for advice would be referred to the EHF by the Ministerial Council on Health, Environment and Industry Sustainability. The advice of the EHF will be sought on matters pertaining to the Wagerup project as appropriate. 5. Not applicable. 6. The concept of an Environmental Health Foundation was announced by the Government in June 2003. The Parliamentary Inquiry reported in October 2004. 7. Yes. The Environmental Protection Authority has considered the recommendations in its assessment of the expansion proposal. 8. Not applicable.
