(e)(i) Annual maintenance cost varies depending on development cycles, which are around five-yearly. An average figure of $66,000 per annum over the past three years of expenditure, including server hosting, domain registration and staff costs.

Retail Stockist (approximately 5 per cent time on online store). Salary = $37,489.2 per annum, 4 weeks annual leave, 9 days personal leave, 13 weeks LSL (accrued over 7 years). Entitlements as per the PSGOGA 2014 and GOSAC 1989.
Retail Shop Assistant (approximately 10 hours per week on online store). Hourly casual rate of $23.87 per hour. Casual employees are not entitled to Annual Leave or Sick leave. LSL is an entitlement of 8.667 weeks, which accrued over 10 years. The rate at which LSL is paid at is worked as the average of hours worked per week over the 10 year period. Entitlements as per the Shop and Warehouse Award 1977.
