I refer to your response to my question without notice asked on 9 November 2021 in which the Attorney General acknowledged he was aware of opposition to the recommendation that Wayne Valenta be approved for a resocialisation program, given his violent murder of Deborah Boyd after hiding under her 15 year old daughter's bed for three hours, and I ask: (a) what decision did the Attorney General make; (b) when was it made; (c) will you table the most recent briefing note or similar document the Attorney General has received about Mr Valenta, in either an unredacted or redacted form; and (d) if no to (c), will you undertake to comply with section 82 of the Financial Management Act 2006 ?
