I refer to your response to Question Without Notice C323 in relation to the completion of a business case for the establishment of a Governance and Leadership Development Program. I also refer you to comments made by Mr Cliff Weeks, Director General of the Department of Aboriginal Affairs, to the Standing Committee on Estimates and Financial Operations on 24 September 2013, stating that the finalisation of this business case was complex, has a “number of iterations” and needed to accommodate a whole range stakeholders; and ask: (a) have revisions to the business case resulted from consultations with the Kimberley Land Council, Kimberley Language Resource Centre or Kimberley Aboriginal Law and Culture Centre; and (b) if so, will the Minister table these revisions?
