Attorney General:
I refer to involvement by the State Solicitor's

billable hours have been spent on all work provided by staff from the State
Solicitor's Office in this matter?
(2) What is
the average hourly rate that has been allocated to this matter?
(3) Were all
the hours in (1) notionally billed hours; and, if not, what proportion is not
notionally billed?
(4) Have any
additional services associated with the State Solicitor's Office work
in this matter incurred costs, such as legal advice from outside the SSO?
(5) If yes to (4), what is the nature and cost breakdown of
these additional services?
