I refer to a heritage survey carried out at Buttress Hill Tank site, near Leonora, to which a report was delivered in February 2014, and ask: (a) is the department confident that this heritage survey considered all necessary information to accurately assess the area; (b) why were previous heritage surveys in the area not considered as a part of that report; (c) why were no men consulted, given that a site in the area is known to be a major men's dreaming site for Leonora; (d) is the department aware of any breaches to the Aboriginal Heritage Act 1972 with regards to impacts at the Buttress Hill Tank site; (e) if yes to (d), does the department have any plans to prosecute with regards to impacts at that site; and (f) if no to (e), why not?
