The Minister for the Environment; Science has provided the following response: (a) Amendments contained in the Environmental Protection Amendment Act 2003 s111(2) - (5), related to the Contaminated Sites Act are the only amendments not included in the text of the reprinted Environmental Protection Act 1986. These provisions are set out at pages 276 to 279 of Reprint 5 as provisions that have not yet come into operation. (a) (i) Not applicable. (b) Yes. Tabling of Regulations follows the Interpretation Act provision and takes place following gazettal. (b) (i) Not applicable.
