On behalf of the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Health, I supply the following answer - (1) 31 January 2005. (2) $14.375 million excluding legal costs, plus a potential further amount of up to $1.5 million subject to finalisation of issues of leave liability and run-off insurance. (3) (a) 7 February, 33; 8 February, 40. (b) 7 March, 6; 8 March, 24. Figures for 8 February and 8 March are provided because 7 March was a Western Australian public holiday. (4) 30.4 per cent, including some day patients.
