I refer to question on notice number 1265 of September 19 2003 and the answer provided -
(1) Given the Premier has stated ‘My government accepts the responsibility of answering Parliamentary questions’, does the Premier consider it to be fundamentally important for all his cabinet Ministers appointed to be open and accountable to the Parliament in answering all questions in a concise, relevant and free from argument manner?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
(3) If yes to (1), why?
(4) Can the Premier explain why he avoided giving a clear, concise and relevant answer to part (7) of the question?
(5) If no to (4), why not?
