The Western Australian Police Force advise:
(a) - (d) The funding will be released in stages from 2019-20 to the proposed completion in 2020-21 for the relocation of Carnarvon PCYC to the former Carnarvon Senior High School Performing Arts and Recreation Centre at 19 Cleaver Street Carnarvon.
