I refer to the record access guidelines tabled by the minister in answer to question 2466 on Tuesday, 9 December. (1) Were any police records relating to Operation Red Emperor, Operation Cathedral or the Argyle diamonds matter withheld from the police royal commission on the grounds that - (a) the record contained information provided by a third party for which consent to disseminate was required; (b) the release of a document could compromise law enforcement methodology; (c) the release of a document could compromise informants or covert operatives; (d) information contained within the record is uncorroborated; (e) or for any other reason?
