(a) could the Premier advise if he has met with, or had any contact with, representatives of the company Crosby Textor since 23 September 2008;
(b) if yes to (a), what were the dates of the contact/s or meeting/s;
(c) if yes to (a), what was the nature or subject of discussion during the contact/s or meeting/s;
(d) if yes to (a), were other people present during the contact/s or meeting/s; and
(i) if yes to (d), what were the names of the people present;
(e) has Crosby Textor been commissioned to undertake any surveys or market research on behalf of the State Government since 23 September 2008;
(f) if yes to (e), how many surveys or market research activities have been undertaken;
(g) if yes to (e), what was the subject of the survey/s or market research activity or activities; and
(h) if yes to (e), what was the total cost associated with the conducting of each of the surveys or market research activities?
