(1) How many additional FTE’s were employed as a result of the division of this department?

(1) One, an additional Director General was employed.

(3) The Departments have advised that:
· The Department of Industry and Resources had 125 vehicles.
· 19 Vehicles were assigned to the Department of Commerce.
· The Department of Mines and Petroleum now has 82 vehicles.
· 24 Vehicles were transferred to the Department of State Development.
(4) The Department of Mines and Petroleum has advised that there were 881 FTE in the Department of Industry and Resources on 23 September 2008.
(5) Nil, the Department's title was altered.
(6) The Department of Mines and Petroleum has advised it now has 806 FTE.
(7) The Departments have advised that 158.1 FTE were transferred from the Department of Industry and Resources to the Department of State Development upon its formation.
(8) The Department of State Development
has advised that it now has 156.6 FTE.
(9) The Departments have advised that 117 FTE were transferred from the Department of Industry and Resources to the Department of Commerce.
(10) The Department of Commerce has advised it now has 983 FTE.
(11) The Department of Mines and Petroleum has advised that there were 22.2 FTE at level 9 and above in the Department of Industry and Resources on 23 September 2008. Details of each person's name, position/title and level
