(2) If yes to (1), what are these valuations?
(3) If no to (1), when will these valuations be obtained?
(4) Has the privately owned land adjacent to Bovell Park, which has been earmarked for the ‘like for like’ replacement facilities for Churchill Park users been purchased?
(5) If yes to (4), what is the purchase price or offer made?
(6) If no to (4), has a valuation for this land been obtained and when will negotiations for purchase begin?

2. Not applicable.
3. Prior to transfer of the subject land to LandCorp and on completion of project requirements in relation rezoning and release of portions of the "A" Class Reserve.

5. Not applicable.
6. Neither LandCorp or the South West Development Commission have undertaken a valuation of this land. It is understood the Shire of Busselton has a valuation. Negotiations for land for "like-for-like" sporting facilities will occur once a project agreement is completed with the Shire of Busselton.
