(i) are there any performance indicators built into the contracts with the private sector auditors;
(e) if so, what are they;

(a) There is no intention to undertake an audit of every Government Department and agency.
(i) The first agency to be reviewed is the Department of Commerce, in relation to its Science and Innovation Division. Other agencies to be reviewed have yet to be determined.
(b) This is yet to be determined. The choice of firm and the scope of their engagement will come down to a value for money decision.
(c) An estimate is not available at this stage.
(d) It is intended that the audit costs will be met from agencies' existing approved budgets.
(i) Contracts will be let to deliver a specified set of outcomes.
(e) See previous response.
(f) It is expected that each contract will be determined on a case?by?case basis.
(i) This is yet to be determined.
