I refer to the adoption of the DV Notify program being trialled in New South Wales that informs domestic and family violence victim-survivors of a perpetrator's custody status, and recent calls from the Centre for Women's Safety and Wellbeing for Western Australia to adopt a similar program, and I ask: (a) has the Office for Prevention of Family and Domestic Violence consulted with or received correspondence from the Centre for Women's Safety and Wellbeing or other family and domestic violence agencies, survivors or stakeholders regarding the implementation of a similar system; and (b) if yes to (a), please table with who and what dates?
