I refer the Member to Legislative Assembly Question on Notice 642 asked on 19 June 2013 for contact with Ms Fay Duda prior to the 20 June 2013.
Between 20 June 2013 and 23 December 2013, the date at which Ms Fay Duda de-registered as a lobbyist, the Premier's current Ministerial staff have had the following contact or meetings with Ms Fay Duda or a representative of Ms Fay Duda's company related to government business. The Premier's Ministerial staff may have had contact with Ms Fay Duda or a representative of Ms Fay Duda's company for administrative purposes only or may have had incidental or irregular social contact in which case this is not listed below.
