(b) The breakdown is:
Creative development and production of videos – $100,000
Media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Location targeted) - $70,000
Creative development of digital assets for advertisements - $7271
Production of digital assets for advertisements -  $14,652
Agency management fee - $8,500
(c) Western Power did not pay talent directly. An agency management fee of $8,500 was paid.
