(a) Please see attached table outlining meetings where Horizon Power representatives met with Tianjin Lishen Battery Co (Lishen) and its parent company China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC). Lishen and its parent company have representatives in Perth with whom most of the discussions have taken place. There have been up to 4 informal meetings between Horizon Power and Lishen and/or its parent company.
