I refer to the proposed Coalmine in Osmington, Margaret River, and ask -
(1) Has LD Operations been given a copy of the summary of public submissions?
(2) If yes to (1), -
(a) will the Minister table a copy of the summary of public submissions; and
(b) why hasn’t a copy of the summary of public submissions been provided to all members of the public who lodged a submission on this proposal?
(3) If no (2)(a), why not?
(4) Has LD Operations been given an opportunity to respond to the summary of public submissions?
(5) If yes to (4), -
(a) will the Minister table LD Operations response to the summary of public submissions; and
(b) why wasn’t this opportunity extended to all members of the public who lodged submissions on this proposal?
(6) If no to (5)(a), why not?

(3) The Environmental Protection Authority has advised the Minister for Environment that a summary of the issues raised in comments received by the Environmental Protection Authority on the referral will be included in its assessment report, which will be publicly released.
