Management Practices at Banksia Hill Detention Centre tabled 17 July 2017
and ask: (a) are
young people routinely assessed for cognitive
impairments when they are admitted to custody, and: (i) if not, why not; and (ii) if so, what is the process by which those impairments are identified and what plans are implemented to address these impairments?
