RECRUITMENT DRIVE — REGISTERED NURSES
263. Hon KEN BASTON to the parliamentary secretary
representing the Minister for Health:
I
refer to the minister's statement ''New drive to boost medical
workforce'' of 17 March 2020 regarding a recruitment drive to attract extra medical staff to support
the COVID-19 response. I note that the 2019–20 WA skilled m igration
occupation list currently has four types of registered nurse occupations listed
as under review. Will the minister request that these occupations immediately
become available to apply for?
