I refer to question on notice No. 2110, which was directed to the Attorney General, who responded that part (d) of the question should be directed to the Ministers for Police and Corrective Services. I further refer to questions on notice Nos 2739 and 2740 to those respective ministers and note that the Minister for Police has replied that the information is held with the Department of Justice and that the Minister for Corrective Services has referred me back to the Attorney General, and I ask, will the Attorney General now please provide the information to Parliament as requested and put a stop to this circus of non-answers from cabinet ministers that defies the Premier's promise prior to the election that his government would adhere to a gold standard of transparency ?
