I refer to the Office of the Inspector of Custodial Services Report No. 110: Report of an Announced Inspection of Casuarina Prison tabled 22 August 2017, and ask: (a) has there been a review of the security system in place at the prison, and if so: (i) when was did the review commence and when was it completed, and; and (ii) if so, what were the recommendations of that review; and (b) if no to (a) why not?
