I refer to a media statement issued last
month by Senator Hon Richard Colbeck, Assistant Minister for Agriculture and
Water Resources, which confirms that the Prime Minister has signed the Western Australia
Regional Forest Agreement and we now await the state Premier's
signature.
(1) Has the Premier signed or
indicated to the minister that he will sign the RFA?
(2) If not, when
will the McGowan government provide resource security to the Western Australian
forestry industry by signing the Regional Forest Agreement?
