(1) The Department of Housing and Works entered into a 3 year contract with 2 one year extension options from 1/7/2002 to 30 June 2007. This contract covered the Department of Housing and Works and the then Government Employees' Housing Authority, and the Country Housing Authority.
(2) Ernst & Young.
