I refer to page 305 of Budget Paper No.2, Volume 1, "Government Priorities and Reforms", and I ask: (a) how
is the Patient Assisted Travel Scheme (PATS) fuel subsidy (increasing from
$0.26 per kilometre to $0.40 per kilometre) calculated; and (b) why
is the PATS fuel subsidy less than the Student Travel subsidy (currently
$0.5781) and the WorkCover travel reimbursement rate (currently $0.59)?
