Minister for Community Services:
I refer to the female Aboriginal
public officer employed within the Department of Communities whose home was
raided by police.
(1) Is this public officer still
employed within the Department of Communities?
(2) If yes to
(1), is this public officer in the same position as she was prior to the police
raid on her home; and, if not, what is her current status?
(3) Is this public officer still
under internal investigation?
